We stand behind every report we deliver. If something goes wrong, we make it right — no complicated process, no fighting for your money back.
1. Our Refund Guarantee
ReportDesks offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all vehicle history reports and property/land reports. We are confident in the quality and accuracy of our data, and we back that confidence with a straightforward refund policy.
We do not offer partial refunds. If you qualify for a refund, you receive the full amount you paid — no deductions, no processing fees withheld.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are fully eligible for a refund in the following situations:

3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:
Email Us Within 7 Days
Send an email to refunds@reportdesks.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests after 7 days cannot be honored.
Include Your Order Number
Include your order reference number (found in your confirmation email, e.g. RD-2025-00123) and the email address used at checkout.
Briefly Describe the Issue
Tell us what went wrong — a sentence or two is enough. If the report contained inaccurate data, please include any documentation that supports your claim.
We Review & Respond Within 1 Business Day
Our team reviews every refund request personally. We will respond within 1 business day with a decision and next steps.
Refund Processed in 3–5 Business Days
Once approved, your refund is returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.
4. Refund Processing Times
After we approve your refund, processing times depend on your payment method:
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 3–5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 1–3 business days to your PayPal balance
- Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days depending on your bank
5. Digital Product Notice
ReportDesks sells digital reports that are delivered instantly upon payment. Because our reports are delivered electronically and consumed immediately, standard "change of mind" return policies that apply to physical goods do not apply here.
However, we still offer our money-back guarantee for any legitimate quality issue — because we believe in the accuracy and completeness of our data.
6. Data Accuracy & Government Records
Our reports are sourced from official government databases including NMVTIS, state DMVs, NHTSA, county recorder offices, FEMA, IRS, and PACER. While we strive for 99.8% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all government records are complete, current, or error-free — as these databases are maintained by third-party government agencies beyond our control.
If inaccurate data in a government database caused an issue with your report, we will still work with you on a case-by-case basis. We may be able to re-run the report or issue a partial credit at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us at refunds@reportdesks.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly, and a chargeback without prior contact may result in your account being flagged.
If you initiate a chargeback for a transaction that does not qualify for a refund under this policy, we reserve the right to dispute that chargeback with documentation of the delivered service.
