No. You can get a report without creating an account. Simply enter the VIN or property address, pay securely, and receive your report immediately. Creating an account lets you save and re-access past reports.
Most reports are delivered within 30–60 seconds of payment. You'll see the full report on-screen and receive a downloadable PDF to your email address.
Yes. Vehicle and property reports are available nationwide across all 50 states. Property record depth may vary slightly by county — we show exactly what's available before you purchase.
Vehicle Reports
A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique 17-character code assigned to every vehicle. Find it on the dashboard (visible through the windshield), door jamb sticker, vehicle title, or insurance card.
We use many of the same official sources including NMVTIS, state DMVs, and NHTSA — and provide comparable or greater data coverage at a lower price. We are not affiliated with Carfax.
A salvage title means an insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss — usually due to an accident, flood, or theft. Salvage title vehicles are significantly harder to insure and worth considerably less.
If we cannot find any records for the VIN you entered, you will not be charged. We always display a preview before payment.
Property Reports
A parcel ID (also known as APN — Assessor Parcel Number) is a unique identifier assigned to every property by the county assessor. Find it on your property tax bill, deed, or county assessor website.
A lis pendens is a court filing indicating active litigation involving a property — typically a foreclosure or ownership dispute. Buying a property with an active lis pendens can put your ownership at serious legal risk.
No. Our report is a powerful due diligence tool but does not replace title insurance or a full title commitment from a licensed title company. We recommend using it before making an offer, not as a substitute for closing-level title review.
Payment & Refunds
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit TLS encryption. We never store your full card number.
