Your Rights Under the FCRA

Because ReportDesks is not a consumer reporting agency, FCRA dispute rights do not apply to our reports. If you believe information in a government database is inaccurate, you must contact that government agency directly (e.g., your state DMV, county recorder, or the IRS).
