By accessing or using the ReportDesks website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReportDesks provides vehicle history reports and property/land records reports sourced from publicly available government databases and licensed data providers. Reports are for informational and due diligence purposes only.

3. Permitted Use

You may use our reports only for personal, non-commercial due diligence purposes such as evaluating a vehicle or property you intend to purchase. You may not use our reports for: employment screening; tenant screening; credit decisions; or any purpose regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) without our express written authorization.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for 99.8% data accuracy by cross-verifying multiple official sources, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Government databases may contain inaccuracies or delays. ReportDesks reports are not a substitute for professional title searches, legal advice, or licensed vehicle inspections.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required before report delivery. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. All sales are final except as provided in our refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if we cannot retrieve a complete report, or if the report contains significant inaccuracies, within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email refunds@reportdesks.com with your order number.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ReportDesks website, including reports, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ReportDesks LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportDesks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on report data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReportDesks LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
